Dr. Cheryl M. Vermey coaches CEOs, senior leaders, high potentials and teams from healthcare, non-profit organizations, higher education and major corporations to leverage their skills in establishing and achieving goals.

The architect of her own success in diverse careers, Cheryl brings a unique and comprehensive skill set--a nurse's listening and assessment skills, a teacher's passion for learning and imparting knowledge, an executive's strategic insight and business acumen and a dean's leadership and understanding of the complexities of higher education--to challenge, motivate and strategically move her clients forward.

Motivated by her desire to help others succeed, and with the same passion that has driven her 35 years of professional success, Cheryl has immersed herself in the coaching field earning certifications from multiple coaching organizations and establishing herself internationally as a leader in the industry

With an aggregate of 50 years board experience, including numerous terms as chairperson or president, Cheryl has a depth of experience and understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented to her clients. She is the vice president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Global Board of Directors and previously served on the ICF Research and Education Committee (2007-09). She is also active in the ICF Philadelphia Chapter.

Cheryl's ability to recognize and cultivate clients' strengths to initiate change and promote growth is one of her greatest strengths. In both her individual and systems coaching, Cheryl focuses on leadership development and acceleration, strategic decision-making, navigating change, program development and team building.

Through her integrated experience in organizational and leadership development Cheryl brings perspective and focus to her clients' challenges, problems and goals. She is a seasoned facilitator and uses experiential learning methods to support clients in deepening learning and forwarding action towards sustainable change.
